One of the worst resort ever visited in my life… pure money extortion… I really tell people to not to go there.. it’s not worth rather you can go to any 5 star hotel which will be cheaper than this.. imagine 23k per day no complementary breakfast, lunch or dinner.. not even good room with balcony….

BIG TIME NO NO TO THIS PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HOSPITALITY OR SERVING GUEST. CUSTOMER IS JUST A CASH MACHINE FOR THEM. INVASION OF PRIVACY IS VERY NORMAL FOR THEM. FORGET ABT OLD AND TORN CURTAINS AND UNEASY AND NOT SO EASY ACCESSIBLE TOILET SEAT. THEY ENTER YOUR ROOM UNINFORMED EVEN AFTER WE HAVE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO THEM THAT WE DONT NEED TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. AND TAKE AWAY THE SOFAS OF THE ROOM WITHOUTH INFORMING AND KEEPING OUR BAGS ALL UPSIDE DOWN THEY REPLACED THE SOFA SET WITH SMALL ONE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL GUEST THAT ITS A ROUTINE PROCEDURE TO ENTER THE ROOM AND CHANGE SOFA SET B'COZ THAT WAS TO BE TAKEN FOR MAINTENANCE. UNAPOLOGETIC GESTURE AFTER ALL THIS THEY ARE COOL NOT INTERESTED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY GUYS THEY DONT RESPECT GUEST AND FULL OF ARROGANCE. AFTER PAYING SO MUCH FOOD SUCKS BIG TIME.

All You Had to Do was to Sleep....Reminds me of a place in Pali Hill Road, Bandra...on the tissue paper they printed this quote "Khao, Piyo, Kisko" The same APPLIES...BTW I'm a Mallu to boot from Thrissur, Kerala. WELCOME TO KERALA.

The .moment you cross Maharastra border, road are well maintained, no cattle sleeping in the middle of roads,, and of course generally following traffic rules. Crossing over to TN, you will find more cars and good people. Kerala roads are at best 4 lanes, but very scenic, and safe..I mean robbery-wise. Traveling through MH and KA at night is dangerous due to robberies.
